FIRE ISLAND

[ H. longipes hypoglauca x H. Crested Surf ]  Brilliant gold turning light green by late summer. Leaf blade ovate, 6"x 4", of moderate substance, slightly wavy, slightly corrugated, shiny above and matt below. Deep maroon red petioles, reddish flower scapes, lavender flowers in August. Beautiful in a pot in spring.
