STRANDED ON A SANDBAR

Wonderful new small sport of Hosta Lettuce Wrap from Bob Solberg, 2024. Yellow margins become creamy in summer. Like many light margined yellow hostas, the leaf centre appears to be greener than its parent. Quite a vigorous grower. Like Lettuce Wrap, the bib like leaves have good substance and make a tight, flat clump. Pretty purple flowers appear on mahogany scapes in mid-summer. This is part of Bob Solberg's  "Sports Bar" series, it is his small tribute to the passing of Jimmy Buffett.
