This striking hosta forms a low, pin-wheel like mound of pointy, lance-shaped leaves of good substance. The blue-green leaves have yellow margins which lighten to creamy yellow through the season. Lavender flowers on 12 inch scapes in mid summer.Caused a stir at the 1995 American Hosta Society Convention and got away with the Savory Shield Award for the best new seedling in a tour garden. Raised by Judy Springer, it is a cross of the streaked form of 'Crepe Suzette' x 'Riptide'.
