Second generation Tardiana seedling, registered in 1988 by the British Hosta and Hemerocallis Society for E. Smith. A beautiful medium sized mound of intense blue leaves that are 7"x 6", thick, slightly cupped, corrugated and heart-shaped to nearly round with a thick underside bloom. Lots of morning sun will give this hosta the intense blue in spring. Leaves blue-green later in summer. Flowers bell shaped, pale lavender on an upright scapes in late July.
