SOLD OUT FOR THE SEASON
Sport of Piedmont Gold from C. Wasitis, 2000. Beautiful specimen plant in the garden that always has customers asking for it. The contrast between the green leaf centre and the gold margin increases during the summer with some sun. Leaves are 11 inches long by 9 inches wide, dark green in the centre with a 1-2 inch wide chartreuse margin that later turns to gold. Foliage broadly ovate, lightly rippled, slightly corrugated with a thin underside bloom, good substance, 15-16 vein pairs. Near white flowers on 42 inch scapes in late June into July, forms seed pods.
